A promise made. A mission lived.
After a tragic accident involving substance abuse, our founder made a promise to dedicate his life to helping others avoid that same outcome. Six years later, that promise has become 15+ homes, 2 care centers, and hundreds of lives changed.
Explains the mission, the model, and the impact of LifeHouse Recovery Communities
The Founding Story
Built from personal experience
LifeHouse was founded by a team that understands the life of an addict. Through their own experience, they discovered how fragmented recovery services are — and created a model that ensures residents receive the appropriate level of clinical and residential support while rebuilding their lives.
We work with hospitals, physicians, health departments, drug treatment courts, correctional services, and employers. When someone completes inpatient treatment, we're there to bridge the gap — providing housing, case management, and a structured path forward.
Our model is built on a simple belief: people don't fail at recovery, systems fail people. LifeHouse is the system that doesn't stop.
Our model integrates
- Structured recovery housing with accountability and supervision
- Clinically coordinated residential care (Level 3, 3.3, 3.5)
- Workforce development and job readiness training
- Life skills training and financial literacy
- Permanent housing transition support
- Survey Recovery — proprietary progress tracking app
